Information and educational project for electricians “ASUTPP” was founded on September 29, 2010 by electrical engineers Yuri Vladimirovich Makarov and Dmitry Vladimirovich Makarov. During this time, the site has grown from a personal blog to a full-fledged Internet publication with its own small editorial office.
On July 23, 2021 the English version of the website was launched with current information primarily for residents of the United States and other English-speaking countries that have IEC standards.
